Shipping Policy
While we state to please allow from 1 to 2 weeks for Shipping we usually try to get your product out to you as soon as possible, usually within 4-5 business days. Please allow a little extra time during the Holiday Seasons. Thank you for your understanding.
Return Policy
If you wish to return your product to us within 14 days of delivery please package entire contents as they came to you and ship back to us. We will refund the cost of the product less any applicable shipping charges. For all Downloadable items such as eBooks there is a 7 day Refund Policy due to the fact that eBooks there is no way to return an eBook or electronic download.

Collection of information: Any information collected by this site from visitors is on a voluntary 'request' basis for the purpose of providing a service. Any information collected is used expressly for this purpose.
