PRE-PRODUCTION
Concept/Development
Global will assist you and your staff with developing a custom concept-marketing approach
that takes all of the benefits of your company and showcases them to their fullest extent.
Writing
After an acceptable concept is arrived at Global will write/script your presentation. Examples
of elements that may be included would be background of your firm, interviews with key
personnel, existing or stock footage from some name brand technology utilized in your
company structure, video footage of proprietary technology at use. For companies like Science
labs and Pharmacuetical companies, showcasing R&D processes in action is a powerful 
method and can be structured in such a way as to add dynamic production value for your firm.

PRODUCTION
Video shooting
After the all important pre-production stages, Global wil lthen arrange to come to your location
and video tape the pre-planned script using a full array of broadcast equipment for a high-powered
professional 'Hollywood' look. (After all, it's up to you to produce the 'steak' through your service 
and products, and it's up to us to produce the 'sizzle' that captivates your investors and

POST PRODUCTION
Editing
Once we have shot your footage we then do two main procedures.
First, what we shot must be offline edited. This is where we narrow down only 
the best shots/takes that will go into your production for time.
Time/Length
This is an all important factor, as in today's fast paced society, people just want to
get right down to 'what are you selling'?...and this needs to be delievered in a very
strategical method. As a rule of thumb, most successful Corporate Bio presentations 
usually run between 7 to 10 minutes. Anything longer can often times be counter
productive. (The exception of course is when instructional/technical data is 
necessary, but this is usually not for marketing purposes).

Now that we have your production fully edited with music and narration, etc., we are ready
to 'package' it for distribution. *("I once did a 1 hour documentary and packaged it for home
video distribution. Obviously, chains like Blockbuster Video were a prime target, however, 
major video chains like Blockbuster mainly deal in major box office feature film releases
as all of the major studios as well as the independents are competing for shelf space..
Knowing this end of the industry, I knew what was needed to get their attention. Accordingly,
my overall packaging, production and presentation, earned me the historical acclaim of 
being the only producer who was actually given a Blockbuster account number for having
only a 1 hour show placed into blockbusters massive chains. I eventually did a series of these
types of programs, but it was my first one that gained acceptance for the rest to follow.) It was 
on this marketing involvement did I get a real education as to the invaluable methods 
used in successful marketing approaches.") While you may not be trying to get into the
home entertainment market, the principle behind your company's marketing 
presentation would not be much different.
Your Corporation on DVD
DVD is opening up new doors for the general market place that initially was mainly utilized by
major feature film companies. No longer do you have to produce a 'Star Wars' epic to use

DVD provides elements not available with vhs or CD rom. Now you can feature various 
sections of your production (company) indexed for ease of viewing. The next time you watch
a movie on DVD try to imagine how your company would appear. Producing a DVD
requires two basic methods:
First: Authoring
This is where an index is made of your video presentation. Just as with a Book's 
table of contents, DVD's have an index. Indexing is a method accomplished by 'Authoring'.
Authoring is a process that includes adding graphics to identify a particular scene or section 
of the pre produced video or film. Similar to what is frequently used on the internet whereas 
you click on an image to take you to another web page. When you click on a particular 
graphic or scene you are then taken to the beginning of that particular scene and it plays 
from beginning to end of the scene.
Second: Glass Master
This is the process whereby the DVD Master is made. The glass master is
 used for mass replication. Each of these two processes incorporate different technogolgies
and have seperate prices associated with them.
DVD Mailing
The 'Impact'
Never before has there been a time to 'jump-on' a marketing tool with such
excitement as there is now with DVD. Printed materials, flyers and catalogs are 
fast becomig antiquated. First off, 'Print is dead', secondly it is extremently costly. 
Costly to produce (you still need phtographic production), costly to edit, (photos
need to be enhanced, color corrected, formatted and layed out for design), costly
to print (there is the cost of the paper, the set-up fees, the film or disc, costly to print)
costly to mail, and and more-over, costly 'low' result ratios. Historically there has been and
still remains, the ominous 2% return factor. When companies, such as resorts, have switched
to using VHS as their mailers in place of costly catalogs and flyers, returns as high as
17% have been realized, recently CD's were used and also achieved high rates of return, now
with DVD's threatening the very existance of both VHS and CD, DVD's carry an 'Excitement'

With DVD's you can mail your entire companies video in a lightweight carboard sleeve, 
and when your investor/client recieved it they look at your company in the same 
catagory as a major motion picture as this is a brand new trend. (Almost every computer 
manufacturered after January of 2003 comes equiped with DVD players and DVD players 
are rapidly coming down in price and are being manufactuered on a high volume level.
DVD's are here and represent the beginning of an exciting new trend in marketing.
